Teddy Bear Picnic & Hospital -- Hosted by MSU Children's Health Initiative
During the event at the Michigan 4H Children’s Garden on campus. MSU pediatricians and medical students mend everything from a loose stitch to a broken heart when children bring their teddies and other stuffed friends to over 24 specialty clinics at the hospital. Guests are greeted by MSU’s own Sparty and Head Coach Suzy Merchant and the MSU Women’s Basketball Team; they enjoy hands-on activities and a picnic lunch in the children’s garden to top off the day!
